Imminently launching are the new online support services for Foundations Cloud services to provide closer support for its users and partners. A new help portal is now available at www.chs.support, this new site will be updated with news articles, self-help information, service status, allowing you to create and log support tickets and much more. Content will be regularly updated so check back often for the latest articles and information.
Also launched as part of the support program is a new support widget embedded live into Foundations Cloud services at www.foundations.eu.com. This will allow you to log support tickets live through the support button located at the bottom right of the Foundations interface.
In addition to the above, you can also email email@example.com this will create a logged support ticket and our team will be in touch!
